Congratulations to our school hockey team, resplendent in their new gear [thanks to the Parent's Association], on a resounding victory over St. Patrick's Dalkey. Goals were scored by Alex Oltean (3) and Nicole Ryan (1). Well done to the team and to Ms. O Connell and Ms. Edwards.
Second Place for Scoil Áine Naofa in Intel Mini-Scientist Grand Final 2014/15 - Science Gallery, Trinity College, January 23rd 2015

Congratulations to Laura Brophy and Cora O Toole from Ms. Kelliher's 6th Class whose project came second in the the Grand Final today Friday. The girls have worked extremely hard on their project over the last number of months, winning the Scoil Áine MIni Scientist Competition in November and qualifying for the Grand Final by winning the Regional Final in December. Their project on the benefits or otherwise of Lucozade Sport versus Water will be on display in the school from Monday. The staff and children of Scoil Áine Naofa are very proud of their achievements. Well done Girls.

Scoil Áine Naofa - A brief history....

Scoil Áine Naofa was founded in 1980 and is a Mixed Catholic Senior school (3rd - 6th classes) under the patronage of the Catholic Archbishop of Dublin. Our mission is to create a warm welcoming environment wherein our students can learn and grow to their full potential. Our school motto "Unity is strength" encapsulates how we hope to achieve this. Staff, parents and students working together in partnership, ensures that students of all nationalities and backgrounds are embraced, their needs identified and addressed accordingly.
