Boys Soccer Team Information
We were thrilled to see the boys soccer team back in action last year! With over 90 boys participating in the trials, the effort, commitment, and determination displayed by each player were truly impressive. From these competitive trials, a squad of 18 boys from 5th and 6th class was selected.
Coaching Team: The boys soccer team is managed by:
- Mr. Greene
- Mr. Walsh
- Mr. Murray
Training and Competitions:
- Training Location: Hillcrest
- Training Schedule: Once a week
- League Start Date: February
- Games: The boys typically play 5-6 league matches each year and participate in the Dublin Senior Cup, which begins in March.
Last Season Highlights: Last season featured a straight league format with no cup competitions. The boys performed fantastically, finishing just shy of second place in the final game. Most importantly, every team member had fun and enjoyed their experience. Their sportsmanship and respect for coaches, referees, teammates, and opponents made them a credit to our school.
